The Modern Indian Marriage Should be as Under :- 1.Both the Bridegroom and Bride should be educated at least till Class 8th to get married in court and sign. 2.they should get married at home in a simple ceremony according to their castes ,with finery for the day and take photographs of the function ,which should not comprise of more than 50 guests from both the sides. 3.Then they should get married in court after applying for license ,which should be published for no objection by any other party. 4.Then the bride can be gifted with fixed deposits in her name only; of a reputable multinational bank encashable around the globe as it is the custom in Hindu families to give the daughter her share in property during marriage . 5.If the woman is working then she can work out an arrangement with her spouse to support her old parents with her salary, which should not be the cause of strife later on. 6.If the woman and man live separately and set up a new home ,both should pool resources to set up furniture and appliances at their new home ,so that if the marriage breaks ,both stand to lose monetarily. 7.If the woman is ill-treated at her new home ,she can seek divorce and return to her maternal home with her fixed deposits and start life anew without being a burden to anyone. 8.If the woman is killed in her in laws house then her children should inherit her share of stree dhan & fixed deposits and if without children then her real parents should get the money in her savings. This is because unlike muslims ,Hindus/Christians have two offsprings which can both be daughters ,who should pool resources to support their old parents if they do not have much money , or even if they have money-because money from ones children is an emotional blessing and fruits of humanity.
